Return and Exchanges

Emerald Wallcoverings LLP / Fedora Wallpapers does not accept any returns or offer refunds for wallpaper rolls. 

However, store credit may be issued if:

• The product is received damaged.
• The product does not match the description in the order confirmation.

If this occurs, please send a photo of the item with your order number to +91 99960 60083 within 48 hours of delivery. Each request will be handled within 3 working days.

No refunds will be given if the shipping information given by the customer is incorrect or incomplete. Three delivery attempts will be made by our delivery partners, after which the package will be discarded.

Emerald Wallcoverings does not take responsibility for the installation of the product. It is recommended installation is done by an experienced professional.
